Returns and Complaints


You have a right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days starting from the day following the date on which:

  • the order was received,
  • a third party other than the carrier or individual you indicated came into possession of the product,
  • the last part of the order was received if the order was sent in parts,

If you would like to exercise your right to withdraw from the Agreement, please notify us on your decision by sending us a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement before the deadline of withdrawing from the Agreement.

After 14 calendar days following purchase the products cannot unfortunately be returned or replaced. In order to make a return, the products must be new, cannot bear any traces of use and must be packed in an original box to which the original receipt is enclosed.

Fill it in and send it together with the receipt to the address provided in the form including the note "RETURN." Should your return be approved, we will immediately transfer resources to the account no. provided by you. The return is made at your expense. 


Despite thorough quality control and due diligence applied in the production process of our hats and accessories, a fault may sometimes occur.

All products are subject to a 12-months’ guarantee.

Fill it in and send it back to the address provided in the form with the note "COMPLAINT." We are sure that together we will be able to work out a compensation satisfactory for you. If your complaint will be approved, you will be informed of this decision.

Damages resulting from improper use or washing of products are not subject to complaints. The product subject to a complaint is sent at your expense.
