Providing personal data, as well as consent to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you have given your consent. If you decide not to provide us with the data necessary to process your order and you do not consent to their processing, unfortunately we will not be able to complete your order.

Please remember that you have the right to update or completely delete your personal data at any time. You can do it yourself or with our help, which we will gladly provide.

PDA applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following were taken into account: the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item . 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

The most important elements of the personal data protection system applied include:

1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and kopyto.co is encrypted with a 256 bit key.
2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and you must give separate consent for each activity not related to the implementation of the sale and purchase agreement.
3. Only authorized and trained persons in the field of personal data protection have access to your personal data, who guarantee their security.
4. The kopyto.co IT system and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

PDA thus fulfilled all the obligations provided for by law in the field of personal data protection.

III. Personal data, purpose and duration of storage

A. Placing an order

When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order.

When placing an order, please provide: 

1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a sales document and shipping label;
2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;
3. e-mail - necessary for communication related to the implementation of the order;
4. telephone number - necessary for delivery methods offered in the store (required by carriers).
5. In the case of companies, also VAT EU (tax identification number) - in order to issue an appropriate confirmation of purchase - invoice.

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses a delivery to an address other than the address indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide: 

1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary for us to address the parcel;
2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;
3. telephone number to the recipient of the shipment - necessary in the case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for data other than those indicated during registration or placing an order, please additionally provide: 

1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a proof of sale
2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to issue a proof of sale
3. VAT EU (tax identification number) - in order to issue an appropriate confirmation of purchase - invoice.

The data provided when placing the order are processed by kopyto.co and the following entities to the extent specified below: 

1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also an order for delivery of the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, are provided to:
1. Poczta Polska SA with its seat in Warsaw (KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 525-000-73-13)
2. DPD POLSKA SP. Z O.O. (KRS: 0000028368, NIP: 5260204110, REGON: 012026421)
3. Inpost Sp. z o.o. , NIP: 6793108059

1. name and surname, address, tax identification number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system:

If you use an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by kopyto.co.

kopyto.co cooperates with the following payment operators:

The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with regulations indicating the storage time of accounting documents.

B. Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter or agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, please provide your e-mail address to which commercial information from kopyto.co will be sent, from which at any time you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.

C. Correspondence 

In the event that we are provided with personal data that is not necessary for us to perform the contract or legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in the withdrawal, warranty or guarantee forms, these data will be immediately deleted or made anonymous and will not be processed. 

Therefore, please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly ask for and that are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

IV. Cookies - your personal data that is downloaded automatically upon entering kopyto.co

Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the customer's end device of kopyto.co. 

Kopyto.co uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the Customer's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer. 

Kopyto.co uses the following types of cookies: 

1. ”Necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of kopyto.co; e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication; 
2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within kopyto.co;
3. "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of kopyto.co websites;
4. "Functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the customer and personalization of the kopyto.co interface;
5. "Advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to the Customer more tailored to his interests.

In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored by default.

A. (server)

The IT system used by kopyto.co automatically collects data in the logs related to the device you use when connecting to kopyto.co. These data are collected only for statistical purposes and relate to: the type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, internet service provider, or the entry address at zkopytem.eu and are used only in the optimization process kopyto.co in order to ensure the greatest possible comfort of use. 

These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors. 

kopyto.co uses the following servers: home.pl S.A., NIP: 852-21-03-252, KRS: 0000431335 

and software: Shoper S.A., NIP: 9452156998, REGON: 121495203. 

These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way. 

The data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.

B.kopyto.co (cookies)

kopyto.co uses the "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable kopyto.co to recognize you and adapt kopyto.co to your needs. 

kopyto.co uses cookies to: 

1. remembering logging in (the session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
2. remembering the contents of your basket (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
3. remembering your preferences for displaying kopyto.co (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
4. creating statistics and reports on the operation of kopyto.co; (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
5. personalizing the appearance of kopyto.co by displaying products that the store's algorithm will indicate as interesting for you based on the products you have bought, placed in the basket, searched in the store, as well as their authors, producers, category - in a word similar products, but never directly combined with your personal data. (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

C. Google Analytics (cookies)

Google Analytics uses the technology of "cookies", i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable kopyto.co to analyze the sources of traffic and the manner in which visitors use it. 

Google collects on its servers data obtained from the placement of cookies on devices and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to traffic and internet use. 

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so by law or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google. 

These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors. 

The data is processed for 12 months from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted. 

D. Google AdWords (cookies) 

Google AdWords uses the "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable kopyto.co to assess the correctness and effectiveness of advertising activities using the AdWords network. 

Google collects on its servers data obtained from the placement of cookies on devices and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to traffic and internet use. 

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so by law or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google. 

These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors. 

The data is processed for 12 months from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted. 

E. Cookies from partners' servers 

kopyto.co uses scripts and software components provided and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to provide the service provided to kopyto.co or containing data other than those specified in the privacy policy. 

kopyto.co selects its business partners very carefully, however, it is not responsible for their cookie policy. Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners on your own and decide for yourself whether you want to accept their cookies. 

kopyto.co uses the scripts of the following partners: 

1. Google Inc. based in Mountain View (CA, USA) 

2. Facebook Inc. based in Menlo Park (CA, USA)

V. Privacy policy of kopyto.co partners 

kopyto.co selects its business partners very carefully and verifies links to other websites in kopyto.co. kopyto.co, however, is not responsible for the standard and privacy policy applied by the owners, operators or administrators of these websites. Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners on your own and decide for yourself whether you want to entrust them with your personal data.

VI. Disclosure of your personal data

In special situations where the applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to provide the collected data to state authorities, kopyto.co will make such data available. 

Except for these situations, your personal data to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, transferred to specific entities only and in connection with the need to perform the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities that may be transferred data include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers. 

In the event of such transfer, the Personal Data Administrator concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.

VII. Changing the privacy policy of kopyto.co 

kopyto.co reserves the right to change the privacy policy, if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of kopyto.co operation change or the change introduces a higher standard than the minimum required by law. 

Kopyto.co will notify about such a change by e-mail (to the e-mail address provided during registration).

VIII. Your rights 

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to: 

1. refusal or restriction of the processing of personal data;
2. object to the processing of personal data;

5. transferring personal data;
6. withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;
7. lodging a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 

These rights are inalienable and may not be restricted. We are always happy to provide you with help and information, and you can exercise some of the above-mentioned rights yourself.
